手表使用须知：

1．电池当石英手表的秒针每隔数秒跳一下或停走，电池电量用尽时，应及时更换电池，避免让没有电的电池长时间留在表内而导致机芯损坏。

2．温度石英手表正常工作环境温度为-5度至50度，请勿将手表置于过高或过低温度环境中（例如洗桑拿、泡温泉），否则会影响手表走时准确及电池的使用寿命。

3．全自动机械表全自动机械表须靠佩戴者手臂的白动而自动上链，所以每天必须佩戴八小时以上，才能确保计时准确。如白天佩戴时间不够，而导致走时不足，故建议晚上取下手表时，将手表以水平状态左右摇摆一分钟，以补充上弦。

4．防水防水手表在日常生活中具有防水作用，但是不能佩戴游泳或潜水，建议不要佩戴洗澡，以免发生进水后机芯线圈短路或锈蚀而影响手表走时。

5．冲击和震动使用高硬度材料的手表（如硬质合金、陶瓷、蓝宝石等），其材料抗撞击性能较差，应避免摔落、碰撞，避免与高硬度物品发生磨擦。

6．磁性手表应远离电视机、磁铁、音箱等带有强磁场的物体，以免磁场对机芯造成损伤，影响手表的走时精度。

7．化学物品手表应避免接触各种溶剂（例如；酒精、汽油）、水银、化妆品、喷雾剂、粘着剂、洗涤剂、油漆等腐蚀性液体或气体，以免表壳、表带的表面受到侵蚀而变色、变质或损伤。

8．小心护理积留在表壳和表带上的尘埃、湿气和潮气，可能会引起锈蚀。为此，应经常用柔软的干布清洁手表。
